To join Clickthesun with your holiday property you admit to do so for a minimum of 1 year. After the one year the contract will renew automatically for another year, if you don't cancel the contract 6 weeks before expiration date. After receiving your payment on our bank account the contract will be effective and your pages are live on the internet.

We accept all clean and well maintained holiday properties. Per web page set we accept to publish only ONE holiday property.

The set up of your two rental web pages with your property information will be done the same way you have seen the Example Page under Clickthesun  web site. Per page we accept one property. Your holiday property will be published on the internet in two languages, English and German. Each language on one extra web page at no extra costs for you. Pages will be published on the internet 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. Clickthesun  is not responsible for the correctness of the information on the published pages.

Clickthesun assures all the information given of the holiday property will be published on the internet without any changes. Images of other material you did send to Clickthesun  will be prepared for publishing on the internet if necessary at no extra costs. We guarantee the German translation of your text will be done with high accuracy. If there are any changes to do at a later date, it is up to you to tell Clickthesun .

Clickthesun  can not guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions and information of the properties in the advertisements, nor warrant the condition of the properties. The accuracy of the descriptions and information about the properties is the sole responsibility of the owners of the properties advertised on Clickthesun web pages. Rental prices are subject to change and Clickthesun will not be responsible for any changes made without telling us.

Requests per Email, Telephone or Fax coming from the web pages will be answered by the owner of the property. Clickthesun is not involved and not responsible for any reservations or agreements regarding the owners properties. We are also not responsible for any possible damages which might happen to the rental object or any loss caused by the renting people or third people nor for any accidents might happen in the time the properties are rented.

As a condition of your use of this web site, you warrant that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by any terms, conditions or notices.
