You
drive on
the N820
through
the
village
San Juan
de la
Rambla
and
after 3
Km there
is the
village
Buen
Paso. At
the red
cross
station
you
drive
right
and down
the hill
and
after
600 m
you will
reach
Finca La
Gaviota
( the
seal),
the
village
is 90 m
above
sea
level.
The
Finca
grounds
measures
5000 qm,
you are
surrounded
by
banana
plants
and
vines.
Most
remarkable
is the
quietness,
there is
no
traffic
noise
nor
other
noise.
On that
extensive
ground
there is
the main
house
with 3
apartments.
Direction
to the
garden
thee are
two more
apartments,
and
below
there
are 3
bungalows
constructed.
Two of
those
are
attached
and one
is
detached.
The pool
, which
you can
use all
year
round is
1,80 m
deep.
There
are also

barbecue

here you
have
views to
the
Atlantic

seen.

winter
the top
of the
mountain

covered

coast is
in
walking
distance
( 7
minutes
). There
you can
do
fishing
or go
bathing
in a
nature
water
basin.
The
drive to
the
airport
in the
south
takes
about 1
hour by
car ( 85
Km ),
the
airport
in the
north is
45 Km
away.
Puerto
de la
Cruz
with its
famous
Loro-Park
you will
reach
within
15
minutes.
Restaurants
and
supermarkets
are on
site.
Public
swimming
baths
you will
also
reach in
3-5
minutes.
