Our
Finca
belongs
to the
village
El Salto
and is
located
on a
nature
ground
of 7000
qm.
Individual
living
away
from the
anonymous
mass
tourism
places.
The
Finca
with its
7000 qm
nature
grounds
is all
around
undeveloped
with
terrific
sea
views,
to the
mountains
and to
the wide
surroundings.
Here was
created
in many
years a
Finca
ambience
with
lots of
nature
stones
and wood
and also
countless
plants.
In the
direct
neighbourhood
direction
Barranco
are
located
2
detached
houses
of
approx.
40 qm
each.
One with
a
typical
Spanish
patio
and the
other
with a
terrace.
All
living
units
have sun
all day
and the
quality
nature
furnishing
gives
the
apartments
a cosy
flair.
Around
the
Finca
house
you
dispose
of
approx.
200 qm
of
nature
stone
terraces
and
patio,
surrounded
by palm
trees
and
plants.
The
terraces
are
equipped
with
rustic
seating
areas,
sun
beds,
parasols,
hammocks
and
barbecue.
In
addition
there is
big
garden
with
countless
subtropical
plants,
barbecue
and
seating
area.
This
place is
also a
nice
hideaway
in the
evenings
for to
relax,
to sit
in front
of the
campfire
and
listen
to the
music
and
watch
the
stars.
Casa

quiet.

a rooms

There

windows
which
let the
sun in
all day
and
gives
fantastic
views to
the
surroundings
and the
sea.
From the
living
room you
have
access
to the
sheltered
patio (
30 qm )
with
lots of
plants,
lanterns,
candles
and
various
garden
furniture's.
Here you
can
enjoy
the
breakfast
in the
sunshine
or have
a glass
of wine
in the
evenings.
The
bathroom
offers a
round
shower,
WC, hand
basin,
indirect
illumination
and
ceiling
lamp.
Also
here we
combind
the
modern
with the
antique.
For
this
studio
it is
possible
to rent
an
adjacent
guest
room. It
has a
separate
entrance,
adjacent
to the
terrace
of the
studio
2. The
guest
room is
sunny
with
views to
the
garden
and the
sea and

of its
own
terrace.
