and II. Bella Vista III is an old farm-house new and modern decorated from about
90sqm. The house and the garden were fundamentally renewed. Great importance was
attached to the traditional Canary style by using a lot of wood and natural
stones.

there is a separated place with two beds for children.In the bedroom there is a
twin bed from 180x200m and also SAT-TV. There is an open fireplace which
is providend with a comfortable pull-out sofa SAT TV, CD, radioplayer.
From the dining area you have a fantastic
view over the valley from Icod de los Vinos and the Atlantic Ocean. The modern
kitchen has an oven, four fires, fridge/freezer and all necessary equipment.
The spacious bathroom is provided with
fitted furniture toilet and shower cubicle. The garden has about 800sqm and
there you can find wine and many diferent sorts of fruit-trees. In Bella Vista
III you will have the opportunity to enjoy a complet silence atmosphere.
We are located far away from the noisy
roads of the cities. In our terrace you will find deckchairs, garden
furniture and many plants. From there you can appreciate the beautiful view of
the country and of the see.
