Bella Vista II means living in a nice atmosphere with
wonderful view over ocean and El Teide. Moreover you have the perfect starting
point for hikes. In Amparo this beautiful mountainfinca became ready for
occupation at the end of October 2001. It was decorated like a forester’s house
on a livingspace of about 120 sqm and it has several terraces with a total space
of 120 sqm, too. The grounds are about 1.000 sqm and planted with a lot of wine
and fruit trees. House and garden were fundamentally renovated and in parts
renewed. Great importance was attached to the traditional Canary style by using
a lot of wood and natural stones.
The interior fittings were renovated with new furniture, beds and a modern
fitted kitchen. Decorated as forester's house it has three bedrooms, a large
livingroom with comfortable pull-out sofa, dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms,
one with bathtub, the other one with shower cubicle, SAT/TV, washing-machine and
several appliances like iron . Moreover there is a big barbecue-site in the
garden.The mountainfinca offers room for 8 persons. The fantastic view over
valley, ocean and the whole massif with the impressive Teide in the center is
incomparable. This finca is ideal as a starting point for hiking tours. Within
only 45 minutes by car you can reach the South of Tenerife via a mountain pass.
