finca is

at the
westside
and
therefore
at the
sunny
side of
La
Palma,
between
El Paso
und Las
Manchas.
The
surroundings
are
rural,
they
grow
mainly
wine.

490 m
above
N.N. The
next
beach is
in a
distance
of
approx.
10
minutes
by car,
the next
shop is
only a
few
hundred
meters
away.
The next
supermarkets
are in
El Paso
or
Los
Llanos.
We , the
owners
are
potter
and
sculptor
and we
live
with our
well
behaved
dogs and
cats in
the
neighbourhood.
The
apartment
for 2
persons
meassures
32 qm,
it
comprises
of a
living
room
with
integrated
kitchen
which
leads
onto the
terrace
and the
garden,
of a
sleeping
area
with a
dormer
to watch
the
stars at
night
and
beautiful
bathroom
with
shower
and WC.
The
walls
are 80
cm
thick.
There is
also a
sun
terrace
for
having
breakfast
in the
mornings.
