one can
enjoy
the
spectacular
views, dine
al
fresco
style or
just
soak up
the sun.
The
terrace
has an
abundance
of
tropical
plants. The
apartment
is on a
hill
elevated
over the
Port and
is 76 sq
m of
living
area
with 71
sq m of
terraces.
As the
entrance
to the
apartment
is
located
at the
rear and
at
street
level it
is
easily
accessible
for the
elderly
or
infirm,
however,
one
would be
cautious
with
toddlers
due to
the balconies
surrounding
the
terraces.
The
apartment
is
air-conditioned
in the
main
area,
which does
cool the
whole
apartment,
and each
room is
fitted
with
electric
radiators
making
for comfortable
all year
use.
Each
week
there is
a
cleaning
service,
linen
and
towels
provided (incl.
beach
towels).
