the

are
scattered

the area

Lucca is

jewel of
Romanesque
and
mediaeval
architecture,
rich in
museums,
elegant
shops,
fine
restaurants,
and
cafés.
It’s
possible
to ride
around
this
city and
its
ancient
walls by
bike you
can
easily
rent.
Bagni di
Lucca
and
Montecatini
with
their
ancient
thermal
spas are
a short
drive
away,
offering
the
chance
to soak
away
your
troubles
in the
mineral
baths.
In Forte dei
Marmi
and also
in
Montecatini
there
are good
golf
courses.
Those
who are
interested
in
modern
art will
surely
visit
Pietrasanta.
Children
are well

the
Parco di
Pinocchio
in
nearby
Collodi
or at
Viareggio.
VACATION ACCOMMODATION
The house stands in a large, well kept secluded garden 5000 sq. m. large with splendid views over the countryside. Guests can relax in the large, sunny pool or linger over a meal under the shelter of the pergola with its own pizza oven and barbecue. The swimming measures 10x5 meters and is 1,5 meters deep at one end and over 2 meters at the other end and is surrounded by a shelter with a table for drinks and deck chairs and sun beds. The accommodation at Casa Antonietta consists of spacious rooms spread over three floors. The ground floor, with access to the pergola and garden, has a kitchen, dining room with fire place, sitting room, bathroom and a laundry. The first floor is comprises by a second sitting room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor has two twin bedrooms, a double bedroom and another bathroom. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge, colour television and telephone. Fuel, electricity, water and laundry (complete change of bed linen, bath towels, table covers and kitchen towels on every Saturday morning), garden and pool maintenance are included in the rental price.

HOW TO ARRIVE:
From Florence. Who arrives in Florence airport can take Motorway A11 to Pisa but exit at CAPANNORI and drive towards north (see the map below). Take the PESCIATINA road direction PESCIA and reach ZONE.
From Pisa. When you are in Pisa Airport, take motorway A12. Follow A12 in direction Genova. At Pisa NORD junction take motorway A11 that leads to Florence passing by Lucca. Leave the motorway at Lucca exit and drive towards the walls of the city.The city walls have 6 gates. Go towards Porta Elisa and take the road called PESCIATINA. Drive for about 5 Kms and reach ZONE.
Reaching "Casantonietta" . When you reach ZONE turn left (you'll see a bank Monte dei Paschi) and drive to SEGROMIGNO MONTE (leave VILLA MANSI on your right). Here you'll see and ancient church and a caffè called "Barbagianni" leave the caffè on your rightand the church on your left. Continued driving for 50 metres and take the first road on your right and then again on your right towards VALGIANO. After a curve you'll find a crossing: go right towards SANT'ANDREA IN CAPRILE-SAN PIETRO A MARCIGLIANO you'll pass over a little bridge. After 500 metres you'll find al large villa on your left. Soon after, always on your left, you'll see a narrow private road with a green little gate. Drive up... you have arrived.

Guests are requested to arrive after 4 p.m and to leave on the last day by 10 a.m. to enable house cleaning to take place. There is a returnable deposit of 200 Euro
