flint
House

building,
all of
which
are
arranged
on the
perimeter
of a
densely
cultivated
garden
of
palm
trees,
orchids,
bougainvillea
and
flowering
shrubs.
There
is
also a
small
Koi
fish
pond

aviary.
Six
guest
bedrooms
all
have
double
beds,
ensuite
bathrooms
and
private
patios.
In
addition
there
are
two
annexes
specially
designed
as
bedrooms
for
small
children.
Both
indoor
and
outdoor
dining
and
sitting
rooms
are
ideal
for
entertaining
while
there
are
lovely
tucked
away
areas
around
the
estate
for
private
relaxation.

30” TV
screens
provide
viewing
for
direct
satellite
and
cable
programming.
There
is
also
an
extensive
library
and
video
collection.
The
staff
comprises
a
British
resident
cook,
two or
more
domestic
helps
